Matt Polinski

Graduated from WIU with B.S and M.S. Started teaching at ETHS in 1978. Taught Physical Education (33 years/retired in 2011). Coached Football (33 years) and Baseball (18 years/6 years head coach) at ETHS. Currently coaching baseball at Notre Dame College Prep (Niles, Ill.) for the last 23 years. Drafted by the Cinncinatti Reds Professional Baseball Team on June 7, 1972 before deciding to accept a full athletic scholarship to Western Illinois University. Married for 43 years to a "wonderful "coaches wife! Still living in Evanston!
